Our company philosophy is to grant clients full ownership of the content we deliver, under the terms described below. Once the final deliverable is completed and approved, you hold all rights to the material and may use it as you see fit.

Payment

Full payment is typically required before the start of any project to ensure timely processing and service delivery. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their payment.

Revisions

We offer a 14-day revision window after project delivery, which may be extended in exceptional cases. Revision turnaround times depend on the original service timeline:

• For 24-hour delivery projects — revisions are processed within 24 hours.
• For 24–48 hour delivery projects — revisions are processed within 48 hours.
• For longer-term projects — revisions are processed within 72 hours.

Project Conditions

Before starting a project, Author's Dream conducts detailed consultations with each client to confirm requirements and objectives. Any changes in project scope or services will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

Refund Policy

Refund requests may be processed after deducting applicable transaction fees ($150 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is lower), provided the request is made before project submission.

Refunds are not available after 90 calendar days from purchase or once a final project has been delivered and approved.

Partial refunds may apply based on project stage:

• 75% refundable before design or production begins.
• 50% refundable once design or editing work has commenced but before final approval.
• No refunds are available after final approval and delivery.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss possible resolutions. Refunds or adjustments will be evaluated fairly based on revision eligibility and service completion status.

Terms of Use

All content, materials, and services provided by Author's Dream are subject to these Terms of Use. We do not make any additional warranties or guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated.

Author's Dream is not liable for any damages or losses arising from errors, interruptions, or unauthorized access related to website use or service operation.

By using our website or services, you agree to indemnify and hold Author's Dream harmless against any third-party claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of our services or violations of intellectual property or privacy rights.

This agreement does not create an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship between Author's Dream and its clients.
